Zonally operated
NexGen is a zonally operated system that gives users complete and granular control of their heating requirements via thermostat or our smart app.
- Each room, or space within a given room, is assigned a ‘zone’ that users control by thermostat or smart app. If in use, a zone can be switched on to heat a room in 2-3 minutes.
- There is no need to waste energy heating an entire property or pre-heating a room before use. Only heat a zone when you need it.
- NexGen’s precise localised heating application lets users set different temperatures in different zones within a single room for absolute control.
Programs (cyclical + custom)
- Using our smart app, you have granular control to tailor NexGen to your heating requirements.
- With options to set cyclical heating programs or customise programs to a bespoke schedule, users possess absolute control of their heating system.

Presence heating
- Using environmental sensors, such as passive infrared sensors or CO2 sensors, NexGen detects and reacts to human presence for automatic heating that reduces energy waste and increases efficiency.
- Rooms are now automatically heated when needed and heating system is turned off when no presence is detected.
- Infrared sensors are used detect presence on a desk-by-desk basis in offices or communal spaces so that only used desks are heated.
