We have designed a range of sustainable, easy to install, energy efficient products that can be used as a stand alone solution or combined to consider the use of a space. For example, our ceiling tiles can heat pods of desks. whilst the ceiling raft would perfectly heat a boardroom with the ceiling paper in corridors.
Presence heating
Energy is continuously wasted on areas that are not in use. As such, we developed smart controls and environmental sensors to detect areas in use and (de)activate the heating system when appropriate.
The impact of these sensors if felt both in the financial costs and reduction in wasted energy consumption.
Localised heating
Our Infra-red ceiling tiles heat specific areas with such precision that heating can be provided on a desk-by-desk basis with smart controls and sensors. Conventional systems heat the air meaning the whole room must be heated with no consideration to them amount of people in that space. In contrast, NexGen warms the people first and the room second.
With the swing of office use from 20% on a quiet day to 90% on a busy day, heating to reflect the usage is the smart choice. Case studies show that localised and presence heating saves considerable costs and reduces energy wastage.
Warehouses and commercial uses
We have taken localised and presence heating a step further. In light of the extreme waste in heating the air space of an entire warehouse. Heating using our Infra-red suspended ceiling raft can be used to heat specific work zones with precise positioning of the product and sensors to ensure heat is delivered when it’s required.
